Schools & Purchase Orders

PelletPal supplies schools, districts, museums and nature centers with real barn owl pellets and classroom-grade dissection tools. Our pellets are sourced domestically from within the United States, heat-treated, and individually foil-wrapped, with a bone ID chart included with the package. We accept school purchase orders and offer Net 30 terms to qualifying institutions.

How school ordering works

  1. Request a quote. Use the form below, or fill in our quote request PDF and email it to PelletPal.us@gmail.com.
  2. Receive your formal quote with current pricing and shipping, ready for your purchasing office.
  3. Send your purchase order to PelletPal.us@gmail.com.
  4. We ship and invoice. Net 30 orders are invoiced at shipment, with payment due 30 days from the invoice date.

Prefer to order online? Every pack can be purchased directly by card in our Owl Pellet Kits and Tools & Charts categories. Bulk packs of 50, 100, 250 and 500 pellets offer an optional dissection tool add-on.

Net 30 terms

Net 30 terms are available to schools, school districts and other educational institutions on orders of $300 or more. Submit your purchase order to PelletPal.us@gmail.com or through the quote request form. We ship your order and send an invoice; payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.

Tax-exempt orders

Email a copy of your tax-exemption certificate, together with your school name and the email address you order with, to PelletPal.us@gmail.com, or send it along with your quote request. We will mark your account tax-exempt for future orders.

Shipping

$7 flat-rate USPS shipping. Free shipping on orders of $100 or more within the continental US. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, other US territories and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS Priority Mail at a $15 flat rate (larger orders may incur additional charges).   • Ship-to address (school name, attention, street, city, state, ZIP)
  • Products and quantities (SKUs welcome, e.g. PP-S-100 × 2 with tool add-on)
  • Needed-by date
  • PO number, if already issued (you can also enter it in the Order Number field)
  • Tax-exempt: yes or no (email your certificate to PelletPal.us@gmail.com)
  • Whether you are requesting Net 30 terms
